Co-creation of Urban Apps with WELIVE plataform
SPRI, in the scope of the Enpresa Digitala program, organizes a day for the presentation of tools for the co-creation of urban applications, using the platform WeLive, promoted by the European Union.
The WeLive project, funded by the European Union under the H2020 program, was created to revolutionize the current approach of Technological Government by facilitating the design and implementation of public services, based on collaboration between Public Administrations, citizens, companies, entrepreneurs and other social agents. It is a Marketplace of Applications adapted to the needs of each city/territory.
These tools, through the use of Open Data, Open Innovation and Open APIs, enable citizens and socio-economic agents to build technological solutions to cover new needs or improve existing services.
WeLive defines a CO-CREATION process divided into three phases: CO-IDEA, CO-IMPLEMENTATION and CO-EXPLOITATION
Give access, in a collaborative way, to the specification of the idea that solves a challenge or civic need.
Facilitate the collaborative creation of mash-ups from Open Data of the city and the development of mock-ups or end-applications through a programmatic API.
Monitor the impact of these services in the administrative area where they were implemented.
WeLive aims to help generate new public services through apps developed in a participatory process where citizens, developers and public administrations create new solutions and jointly analyze the outcome of this collaboration process.
The conference will be given by EUROHELP at the University of Deusto, CIMUBISA and TECNALIA.
This day is intended for managers or developers of apps in urban áreas and in the progress of the territory.
